Morning sickness, throwing up from generalized anxiety?

Anyone wake up immediately feeling like they are going to throw up? My son has this, and while I'm waiting to get him in to his new counselor, his school counselor said this is a classic sign of anxiety. I am a long time sufferer of anxiety, and this has never happened to me. I wake up with a doomed feeling, but never sick to my stomache that makes me dry heave. If anyone does have this from anxiety, please share. Thank you. michelle

well I was going to make a post about the exact same thing yesterday, but I made myself feel better.
the last 3 days i've woken up with this feeling, and right after I get the worst nervous stomach EVER.
i'd say it's definitly anxiety!
