Your point doesn't say anything except to say generalized truths like "If criminals didn't do criminal acts, they wouldn't be criminals."

From a policymaking/research standpoint that brings nothing to the table.

If what you were saying was true, blacks would be represented normally.

They aren't.

If you truly think that black people commit more crime and there's nothing more to study... well then we disagree.

I certainly don't agree with your assertions.
 
Nobody is poor because they're black, or in prison because they're black or anything else because they're black. People are the way they are because of the habits they learn and the choices they make.
 
well, it's a causal chain. today, if you move from Zarabia to the US, your opportunity is somewhat equal, location dependent.
But if your family has been here for 100 years, your forefathers have been denied a bunch of opportunity, and you live in a poor area with worse schools. Bam! Your opportunity has been diminished
