I do not like in-depth research.
It ephemeral ,
meaningless next week
and anyway
the messenger‘s in masquerade
they are really just a bunch of naked guys
with clothes on.
The world is all teak and tile, brushed nickle
Scandinavian wall hangings or iron irons
decoupage and hodgepodge
everyone is pinning pins or gluing glue..
carving trees from wooden planks
sanity made insane by market demands
I like leisure hours under mosquito netting
cats and golden retrievers
I like Jamaican grottos, warm brown beaches
Guyana
and chickens in the kitchen and ducks
and seawalls.. Rrrrrum!
I am actually on my way next week to the Marshall Islands for a year of volunteer teaching. I will see if I can get hit on the head by flying fish! Living on an atoll in the South Pacific! how cool! uh hot! .. will my muse come along?
