More questions on goldfish and beta fish.?

okay so I decided NOT to get another fish,(a beta). But as I said yesterday my goldfish were swimming to the top of the bowl, most of you said its because im cruel for putting them in a bowl and they cant breathe. So this morning I cleaned the bowl very well (without soap) and now they're fine and they dont swim to the top. So if I would clean the bowl everyday would they be okay? And if your gonna yell at me for not being prepared or some sh** like that, then dont even bothering answering.
 
Ya that's a good idea, It will give your fish enough oxygen. But just make sure you don't change all the water just 25-50%.
