Ca is not the only place they are cracking down on load pipes, there are several towns/cities/counties passing noise laws for that purpose. Just some places enforce the noise law more than others.

Living in California all my life, I have seen it get worse and worse as the years go by. This example is no exception to the rule. It is getting terrible in California.

I know the state is broke, but if we could just figure out a way to make some $ from our natural resources (illegal immigrants, earthquakes and smog) we would be OK.
