It keeps running at full throttle. You can not even give it any throttle and it runs wide open. The throttle isn't stuck, and iv adjusted the idle screw and it still runs wide open. What the hell is wrong

what kind of bike is it?
I need to know if its fuel injection, or a needle carburetor, or a diaphragm carburetor?

The carburetor return spring is probably either broken or off the carb. I would start there first.

is the choke on?

well something is lifting the slide all the way up, remove your air cleaner so you can see the slide and see whats going on. Also you havent told us what kind of bike it is.
