I would say b, b, a.

A camera hobbyist starts a photographic supplies store. The most obvious reward for this entrepreneur is the opportunity to
a.serve other photography enthusiasts - While this is a nice sentiment, is the intent really to help others? It may be fulfilling provide goods to people with similar interests, but I think that gets to choice b.
b.experience personal fulfillment. - Fulfillment can be attained by all the other 3 choices.
c.be independent - This can be accomplished by starting any kind of business; it does not require that one starts a business related to his hobby.
d.work with people. - See above (c).

A prospective entrepreneur wants to find a career doing what she enjoys most-designing and selling clothing. She might be drawn to try an entrepreneurial venture in order to realize
a.personal fulfillment. - can be attained from all 3 choices below.
b.substantial long-term profits - this is tenuous. First, the question describes the venture as something she will "try", which casts doubt on whether her aims are or should be in consideration of the probability of a long lasting venture. There is of course the possibility that the venture will last a long time and will be profitable, but is this really the draw for starting the business based on doing what she enjoys most?
c.freedom from control of a managerial hierarchy - probably a fulfilling reward, but not specific to starting a clothing business.
d.a sense of self-esteem as a result of building her own business - see above (d).

A woman wants to start a construction company. She should realize that
a.women have never successfully started construction businesses having more than two or three employees - how large of an organization does she want to build? If she wants to have a small organization, is the supposed limitation a problem? Otherwise, what are factors explaining the limitation and could she realistically work around them or overcome them? And what about the term employees? How specifically is that applied? Could she hire workers on a contract basis and limit workers who are in a legal sense employees to a few to support administration or perhaps high level supervision?
b.people (for example, some male loan officers) may not take her seriously simply because she is a woman - at least this leaves some wiggle room. People may not take her seriously, but maybe they will. Must she work with only loan officers who are prejudiced males? Are there professional, experienced female loan officers lending to construction ventures. You bet there are.
c.it will be impossible for her to break into the "good old boy network" - "Impossible" is a strong word; is she to believe it? Maybe she will not break into the good old boy network, but will that block her ability to meet her goals? Does she need to be part of the network? Can she perform without it? See item below: can she sell and perform the services?
d.gender differences are a fact of life (for example, construction is a male industry, beauty shops are usually female owned, and so on), and therefore she should stay with the pattern. - This is pejorative and deflating; that may not however be unrealistic. Also, gender differences being a fact of life ignores evolution in standards as well as local custom. There are countering considerations based upon the reality of her business plan (ability to sell services, ability to manage the performance of services).
