Ken Salazaar has ordered a moritorium on deep water drilling after the ruling from the Federal judge to place the exploratory ban in affect again.

But to keep people on topic and from saying this will "cripple" the oil supply from the gulf. There are 33 Exploratory rigs in the gulf. There are 3,858 oil wells in the gulf that are established and unaffected by the moratorium.
 
no....it's a different order. Judicial branch may rule on this one too if they want.
