Mood Swings??? Im 11?

Okay help, I went down to see my wee cousin this morning and I was fine with her. I went back up to my aunts A few hours later she came up. And I was so annoyed with her? For no apparant reason??? Help! I'm not usually like this!!!

Well I'm 12, and I only turned 12 in April so, yeah, we are around the same age.
Chances are its ur hormones, it won't happen too often but it will happen sometimes.
The same happens to me, it doesn't stop untill you are around 16 so just forget about it and when it happens try to focus on the positive things about who or what you are annoyed with

I know you don't want to hear this but it's all a part of growing up. We are always that way. I mean one minute I could be giggling and the next I am bawling my eyes out.. Teenage years are appoarching. That's what the hormones do.
