I get really bad mood swings and I've had them for about 7 months now. The first 5 months, I didn't even realise they were mood swings, I just thought it was normal. And then I got my period, and my friends told me they thought they were mood swings. I still get these mood swings, and I'll get moods of sadness, anger, selfish-ness, happiness, hyper.. Any mood you can imagine, I've had it. I know people say 'Learn to control your mood swings' but I seriously can't. When I'm in that mood, (for example when I'm in an angry mood) I just feel like that person I'm angry at deserves to have me yell at them or something, when most of the time they don't. Please help. How can I stop these mood swings?
