ive recently discovered that my monument card has misold PPI on it but the issue is monument was taken on by another company in 2007 so it is really difficult to get any information or contact details on how to contact them about PPI. On my letters from them it has Barclays's Bank as the address so I contacted the number provided and was told that it had nothing to do with them so they cant help me. I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem and if so has it been resolved, how? and with what contact details.
