following on from the monty python quotes in the 'funniest film moments of all time' thread i have started a monty python thread to discuss the best monty python moments.

i have just remembered another one of the best, the cross bit out of Life Of Brian where all those people about to be killed go through the tunnel asked if it is crusifiction (sp?), a bad description but you know what i am on about.

:D And one of them goes "No, they're realeasing me. They said I've done nothing wrong and I should go live on a desert island somewhere. Only joking, It's crucifiction."

My godfather's in that film!
He's one of the guarRAB in the 'Bigus-Dikus' scene :D

Bernard McKenna :)

His name is quite near the start of the opening credits - On the washing lines!

Brilliant opening credits and opening song by the way :D :)

I read somewhere recently that a US TV station has commissioned a six part series where each of the five remaining pythons choose their own favourites with a sixth one in tribute to Graham Chapman.

"Bring out your dead" scene from Holy Grail :)

(which becomes a really funny song called "I'm not yet dead" in 'Spamalot'.)

Oh, and the "burn the witch" scene as well.

Has to be from The Life Of Brian -

Centurion: Have they gone yet?
Jailer: Uh... uh... we've got lumps of it round the back..

Classic :)
