Monster Mix on MTV2

anyone else watch this show? Very cool mixing hiphop show. I am a noob as far as using DJ equipment and such but is it possible to do all that mixing that they do in real time? Or is everything they do done beforehand? What equipment are they using?
 
to inform you...its not just hiphop, its every genre of music from rock to dance...i know many of the Dj's who are doing this personally. the mixing is done with computers so dont get your hopes up....its very unrealistic if you imagine doing it live
