Mono or Stereo from Lineout?

hi
i have marshall mg15cd and i'm trying to connect it to my soundcard using a cable
which type of cable do i need to go from line out to soundcard? (mono or stereo)
and of course i have a stereo 1/8 jack adapter to put it into the soundcard

All the jacks on the sound card, are stereo jacks.
