Monitor Color and Resolution is just messed up. BAD?

I restarted my computer. and when i got back on it went to lowest resolution and the screeen is all. Pixely and blurry. I don't know color is messed up and its just wierd. WHAT HAPPENED AND HOW DO I FIX IT
