Moms Who Exercised In Their Third Trimester, Is This Normal?

I recently read if you've exercised through pregnancy it is imparatuve that you continue to do so through your third tri in order to reap the benefits. Now almost 30 weeks along I have noticed I'm much more short of breath while working out. This is completely normal isn't it? Did you experience the same thing? And did you take your exercise back a notch? Of yes, how much?
