cause i just know i'm having a girl, and it's the strangest thing cause i hoped for a boy. but i already pick out girl things and girl names. and i refer to my baby as "she". does this mean it will for sure be a girl? cause now i can't even see me having a boy. cause i desperately wanted a son. but a girl is okay too, i just thought it was strange that i pick girl things ect...

did this ever happen to you.. and were you right?
 
I felt very strongly that I was having a girl. My hubby picked out the boy name and I picked out the girl believing I was having a girl. Both my hubby and mom thought I was having a boy. They were right and I was wrong. At my 20 wk u/s, my baby was clearly sporting a penis. So, you never know. Sometimes you can be wrong. Make sure to save those receipts just in case. ;-)
 
Yes, I just KNEW it was a girl.. All the stuff i picked out was for a girl, We only picked out a girl name as well. I had all these dreams that we were having a girl. I had never been so sure. We went to our 20 week ultrasound and it was definitely a Boy! We had to go back and pick out a bunch of boy stuff and still cant think of a boy name.
 
I knew i was having a boy, something just kept telling me. I was hoping for a little girl so bad but something just told me its a boy for sure! And come to find out he is a little boy!
 
I thought from day 1 it was going to be a boy because alot of girls I went to school with had boy's first, and new mommies in my area mostly carry baby boys. I looked at old wives tales and they indicated a girl, everyone said I was carrying a girl too, we found out at 18 weeks I am indeed having a girl! :-P
 
I knew our second was a girl because the pregnancy was so different from my first, which is a boy. I was always told by my mother that she was so sure I was going to be a boy though. It is a 50/50.. so you may be right - but you may also be having a boy.
 
I was like this aswell.
I KNEW id have a girl.Had the strongest feeling ever about having a girl
and everyone thought i would aswell.I picked girls names out first and everything.I have a healthy SON.lol.I was completely off by far.I even had dreams while knowing it was a boy that he came out a girl.Thats how much this feeling was.Honestly,i say dont buy to much pink stuff till you find out.lolol.:).Ive guessed my cousin's kids genders and my friends and was correct each time.Mine i was off though lol
 
I knew from the beginning that I was having a girl.... everyone else thought that I would have a boy but I was right
 
when i was about a month prego, i had a feeling my son was going to be a boy. it's the most weirdest feeling and a lady at my work said she knew that her daughter was going to be a girl when 2 doctor's keep telling her she was going to have a boy.
 
Your mind is playing tricks on you honey, you're so desperate for a son, that you are picking girl things to compensate.

I was DESPERATE for a girl, was told at my 12 week scan that it was a girl (but not 100% certain until my 20 week scan)......I was over the moon.

At my 20 week scan, it was 100% confirmed that I was having a boy, and I was very stupidely upset for a few hours.

That was the silliest thing I've ever done, because my little boy is the light of my life and I wouldn't change him for anything!

You will feel the same, no matter what you have.

I've known a lot of women who thought they just knew. Every single one of them were wrong. I'm not saying that it doesn't happen. I'm just saying that you never know for sure until you get the scan and even then not 100% until he/she is in your arms.
