hi. what parts from tv programmes have made you cry ??

for me it was definitly in 8 simple rules when john ritter died. that episode was so sad i was crying the whole way through

An episode of Cold Case, dealing with a woman in a coma after jumping from a high window with her young daughter to escape an attacker, had me, a 50 year old male, crying like a girl.

I'm probably going to regret admitting this....

In the last episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation, final scene...Picard joins the rest of his senior crew for his first and last poker with them and comments "I Should have done this a long time ago" - Counsellor Troi Replies "You were always welcome"

Gets me every time

Perhaps here is also a good place to admit that the end of T2 gets me as well !

Long long time ago but Zammo crawling on the floor trying to pick up his heroin!

Also (and this is probably sad) but the whole Trisha dying on Emmerdale left me traumatised for days! Poor old Marlon!

Theres loaRAB of TV shows that have made me cry: Six Feet Under, Big Brother, last episode of FrienRAB, Eastenders...lol

But The Contender gets me every week, well apart from when Ahmed left, that just made me laugh

I have shead a tear at Eastenders (when Jamie(??) died on xmas day although i blame the drink ), ER when the female doctor and Carter got stapped, ER when DR Green lost the womans baby. Thats all i remember for now

And ER when Dr Green himself died. He had been such a prominent and well liked character from the very first episode of the show.
And just yesterday on The Practice, when Eleanor saved a woman from execution.

The episode of Heartbeat where Dr Kate Rowan died. It was such a tragic end to her character and still gets to me every time.

Cold Case episode was number 8, series 1 - 'Fly Away'

Other TV episodes that get me EVERY SINGLE TIME I see them;

ER - 'Love's Labor Lost' (Series 1, ep 20) where Greene loses a mother but saves the baby. It enRAB with him crying on the train going home...

NYPD Blue - 'A Death in the family' (Series 3, episode 20 - I'm noticing a pattern here!) where Andy Jnr gets shot during a bar robbery and Andy Snr goes back to the bottle...

Inspector Morse - 'Dead on Time' (Series 6, episode 1) where Morse investigates a murder and meets up with the only woman he ever loved, only for her to commit suicide later on...

Life Support (a little known BBC1 drama from a few years ago) - Episode 6 where the lead character's Dad dies (played by Richard Wilson) from a heart attack and she finally cracks up at the end of the episode, in the car park, in the rain...

that'll do for starters!
