I am unemployed and uninsured. I have been looking online for the last three years over various moles on my body. I have traveling moles, they are so hard to keep track of and I notice them most on my hands.
I have not been able to find anything on moles appearing from scabs. I have one mole on my leg that appeared after a small scab from a bug bite I scratched. Wish I could remember if it had been there before the bite, but I know if it were it wasn't the size it is now, or the shape. It's like a football shape and I suppose is raised, though it doesn't look raised. You can feel a bump when you run your fingers over it, and it's not a round bump, it's linear. I also have tiny freckle like moles that appear on my face in places where I had acne, and one on scar tissue on my hand. They are tiny and someone told me it could be a side affect of birth control.
On a side note, I have two moles in my under arm, both raised, 1/4 inch, not perfectly round, speckled edges. They appeared sometime in my early 20s and I'm now 26 and they seem to continue to grow. These aren't the only larger ones to have appeared suddenly later in life and are not flat, one color, or round. I swear every mole I have the internet says could be cancerous. I don't want to be a hypochondriac, but I also have never had a physical, only had my lady parts checked up on.
Yes, I need to see a doctor, but I don't know where to go. I have been moving every five months in the last three years, money is a big issue, and today I went to a clinic supposedly for low income people and it was closed. Until I find a doctor to help diagnose, or relieve my anxiety of cancer, can anyone give me information on my weird moles?
