Modesto/Merced SID

Could someone please give me the correct SID for the Modesto/Merced market? Im flashing the phone for someone in Winton,CA and would like to know what SID to use. I know! I know! Yall guna tell me to search here: http://www.rainyday.ca/~dialtone/Cricket/cr_01040.html but if you note the SIRAB for those cities are in blue. And what do blue SID's mean? SIRAB listed in blue indicate an SID that is believed to be no longer in use but is still included in the PRL. So pretty much Im just trying to make sure. And yeah I know! I know it isnt necessary for me to program this into the phone but its just the way I do things. Thanks for the help fellas and/or ladies.
 
Merced, Modesto, and Fresno all share the Visalia SID (05145). If you search the interpretation for "Merced" or "Modesto" you will see that they are listed again under that SID (which is not blue).
