MODELLING, DIETING, EXERCISE?

Sorry if it is really long.

I am 14 weigh 50kg and I am 5"5
I am on a diet and I exercise 3-5 days a week
I am having a lot of trouble because I don't know what type of food is bad for you etc.
I don't know how to lose weight, I am far from fat but I just want to make my stomach flatter and tone my body.
I also model so I need to be in really good shape, not anorexic like a lot of models just good weight but I really need to get a flat stomach, it's not fat it's really hard to explain without a picture.
I just need to lose some weight and tone and I have been doing pilates, cardio and abb pilates.

I need to get a tredmill but we don't have enough money at the moment because my mum is trying to get pregnant and its costing a lot of money so we can't afford a tredmil at the moment.

Also I can never seem to get motivated to do exercise, I go to school and I would normally get up at 6am and do pilates then get ready for school, now I really can't be bothered and I am always so tired to get up so I say I'm going to do it after school and when I get home from school I just want to relax.

So my questions are,

1. HOW DO I GET A FLAT STOMACH (and doing sit ups etc.. don't work until you have lost the fat on top of your abs so don't tell me to do sit ups)

2. HOW CAN I GET MOTIVATION TO EXERCISE

3. WHAT SHOULD I EAT AND NOT EAT FOR A HEALTHY DIET (too lose weight)
I don't eat meat, I don't really like it & I have cut out high carbs.

PLEASE HELP!
