Ok so does this sound like a good model profile...
I am 5' 8" (and still growing) i'm 14, but look about 18, i have dirty blond shoulder length straight hair, blue/gray/green eyes (they change), i'm a size 0-4 (depending on the make) i wear 26 regular, or 28 slim pants, and generally small tops, i have a 34 B cup, size 8 shoes.
 
Agencies will take you really quick if you look mature for your age. They look for a nice bone structure, legs longer than the rest of your body (for runway), Clear skin, and confidence. 5'9 is the minimum for high fashion runway, but you are still growing so that's great :) 5'8 can get you on the runway still.
Before you go into the industry make sure you are mentally ready for it. There is tough criticism when it comes to looks and weight, but it's mostly fun! I love it :)
