mobilevoip/ SIP Settings in Nokia C6-00-- ryngavoip?

Hi! I need a viable assistance from anyone. I recently bought a Nokia C6-00 and I want to download the rynga mobilevoip to the phone. Also, I am using the DNA 3G mobile Internet. I tried the following settings, but it didnt register no work. Pls could anyone give me a full guide on how to go about the settings from A to Z. Do I need a download or ?, if yes, how do I go about the whole process. Also I couldnt find the Internet Telephone Option in the phone menu. But there is SIP settings.
