Mobile phone radioactivity danger?

Last night I accidentally slept with the mobile phone turned-on right next to my head for almost 9 hours.I am worried maybe from the mobile radioactivity something happened to me
 
I never go out without bag and a mobile phone is always inside, it has been like that for over ten years because you can't rely on public phones anymore. Sleeping near one won't do any harm, but I would not do it always.
 
Dont worry, iv had my phone near my head at night for the past few years and nothing happened.
I think all the stuff about phones and radioactivity are bs tbh.
