I am on o2 contract phone and it has been hell. Well I have been with o2 for 6 years and they have been fine, no problems with phones, but i took out a contract phone and when i took out the contract they told me if there was any problems with the phone just to bring it back in store and they would exchange it, but in the small print they have to send it away for repair and i will be left with no phone paying a contract which i dont get the use of. i want to cancel and never go on a contract again. it is hell. i hate it. i have been on contracts before, its just this one. it is horrible. the customer service have been no help, they say that a debt collecting agency will come round, i have to pay 500 pound to cancel and i dont want to pay that. i am happy to give them the phone back as it is of no use to me. i am really unhappy and now i dont no what i am going to do. i dont want this to affect my credit rating. the store gave me there word that they would replace the phone if there were any problems, now they wont take it back. i am sick of this. what do i do? how do i get out of this? the customer service people were horrible to me telling me that a debt collecting agency will come round and they can get baliffs. if the baliffs come round can they burst the door down??? what will happen? how do i get out of this???
