OK. Near the Shut Off Valve, there is a copper pipe sitting inside a hollow white bucket, it is snapped in two and all the water flowing from the bottom half (in the ground) is flowing over into the yard, and the top half (that connects to the house) has no water flowing into it and therefore, no water inside the house. I am not a plumber and can not afford one. I HAVE NO MONEY TO BUY SUPPLIES TO FIX IT! My Landlord will not be here until Monday. I need this fixed NOW. What should I do?
