Mobile Email Application issue

I just got back from a corporate store. They couldn't figure it out, but submitted a trouble ticket for me. Supposedly I will receive a text message or phone call when the issue is resolved.

I remain hopeful. The phone is FANTASTIC and the Cricket network is very, very reliable. I'm a happy customer who will be ecstatic once email is working as well.
 
Mine Is Workin Fine But Can U Use A Hotmail Account ??? I Cant Get To Work The Hotmail Account But Gmail And Yahoo Works Fine When I Try To Add The Hotmail By Selecting "other" I Put My Info And Try To Sing In But Then It Tells Me That More Information Is Need It It Ask About My Incomin Mail Server And Outgoin Server Does Anybody Know What Should I Put There ?
 
Hotmail no, unless you pay for the extra pop service (i think they still offer it)

One of the reasons why my live mail account is not my primary.. gmail works with EVERYTHING.

my is also working now,
i didnt have to go to corporate office, i was just reading hios post, and i tried and i was amazed to see that my started working automatically
i think because sawawa report abt this problem thtz why they fixed it for all the HINT users
