It is on sale for $19.99 (well, a $30 mail-in rebate off the usual $49.99 price) and it claims to "instantly calculate turn-by-turn text or graphic directions right on your device, no connectivity required." Here are the other features...



Very tempting, but I thought I would consult the wisdom of this forum before buying!

Yeah, that is what was bothering me, I suspect that you only download regional or state maps; but that would still work for me as I would need this for traveling locally (in the city and surrounding areas)...

I still might give it a try, it just worries me why it would be 60% off and why I can't find any reviews of this product outside of the one on Amazon.com:



Not too encouraging!
