OK... My 17 year old legally left home of his own accord.
He was renting a room in another families basement.
Now he wants to move back home, but he steals from us and I don't trust him, Do I legally have to let him come home until he is 18 or can I refuse legally, also, if I do allow "another try"
and he starts it again, can I then throw him out, before he turns 18. I know Missouri law says at 17 you can't throw them out but they can leave on their own, but what if they already left????
