MMS messages on Nikia E71

I have a Nokia E71 and I have trouble receiving MMS messages. Can you guys give me tips on how to solve this problem?
 
Is your Nokia E71 an original one? I've read that only those that provide a compatible multimedia message as well as e-mail properties have the ability to receive and display multimedia messages. You could also check with your provider regarding this. :)
