My cricket phone does not have the availability to view pictures so I must use the MMBox site provided by cricket to view them. The site http://mycricket.com/mms asks you to login with your MDN (phone number) and a code given to you through txt to view the MMS. After logging in 99% of the time it goes to a screen giving you Critical Error! Error Encountered: General Error. and not showing the picture. I sent a message to cricket support over a week ago and never got a reply on it. Does anybody know a solution to this problem?
