MMS come empty

Its a known issue with tmobile but if you send yourself an mms it usually frees everything up. I'm not surr what's going on but that usually works. When you send the message use +1then your 10digit number. If you still don't get it working then send me a pm with your name and mobile number and ill send a file to your phone that will free it up. ~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~When I spoke to tmo, they explained that their server needs to register your number with the model of your phone. I don't know how but after that even, it worked. As "johnnyxedge" mentioned, tmo can send you a text message with an attachment to help you jumpstart your messaging service.
 
This is a little off topic, but recently when recieving an MMS from somebody with MyFavs, I got a message saying it was stored on some T-mobile pictures web site. I'm not quite sure how that happened, or why, but I haven't been able to join it from my BB Pearl.

Anybody have any ideas?
 
Once you send out a MMS, you're considered "registered" on the MMS network, so you no longer receive that text message, and instead receive the actual MMS, since tmobile is having issues with MMS.. you're receiving nothing now.
 
I have the problem with MMS , AND emails with attatchments( pics)
the attatchment shows up , but when I highlight it and try to download it tot he phone, it doesnt show it as an attatchment at all ....just text

every once in a while MMS works....and it seems every 3rd or 4th E-mail with attatchments doesnt work
Ive done the send mms to myself, and rebooted the phone numerous times

its not a huge issue ...just a ducking pain in the buttocks

yeah i've done this a few times and it works, i actually got got off the phone with tmobile because the trackball crapped out on me, (and yes i've tried all the tricks with no luck =(......) so i'm waiting on my replacement. any who.....the rep did mention that their current fix for the not receiving the pic is to turn the blackberry off and on at least once a day to update with nearest tower near you and it should solve the prob........but seems like it will something very annoying to do just to get some pics....anyone else hear this?!
