MMS and WAP not working on new activations

I activated a phone yesterday for a customer and fully flash too,but when I tested the features just calls and text worked I double check the settings and everything was in order so I told the customer that problably his phone was defective ,anyways I had a few new activations today and notice the same problem.
Is anyone else having the same problem?

i've noticed that on my voyager i've been working on 4 like two days now.the settings are definitely set correctly but nada.plus i did a coulple of envy's today and the same thing is happening with them.i've flashed alot of phones and have'nt had any problems.i wonder what's going on.
 
ive been having this problem too. but its not just on new activations its on esn changes too. last week i did a treo 700wx and the internet wouldnt work also a touch those were new activations. it says username or password incorrect but everythings right. and today i did an esn change to a touch and the internet didnt work either. i even changed the model to a krzr and still nothing. whats goin on, im in san antonio, tx by the way. has anyone figured out the problem?
 
lol does it matter whats it set on? i had ppc 6700 had my account all weekend. set to CPE as HTC PPV6700..... lol my wap and mms worked jst fine
