He takes a normal batters stance... the Pitches winds up and begins to throw and the Batter now assumes the BUNT stance which slightly shifts his body a bit inward toward the Plate... the ball now is thrown hits the batter on the left arm (because he changed his position to assume the BUNT stance...the ball was coming right over the place...normally that pitch would have been a called STRIKE but it hits the Batter... does the Batter get a "walk" because he was hit or what...? Remember, the Batter moved a bit to assume the BUNT stance... Whats the call Ump ? !
