So this is probably only of interest to baseball fans but the MLB Package is now available to order. The cost is $159 split into 4 monthly payments of $39.75. I ordered through channel 399 but called the sales rep to confirm that the order went through. I see all of the channels showing up now on the guide so March 31st cannot come soon enough for me. I guess the long winter finally got to me but I am a baseball fan almost without equal.

I sent the following message to "[email protected]" :

"I just subscribed to MLB Extra Innings and find it hard to search for when games are on and which channels they are on.

For games on other channels I can do a search for

Does MLB1 or MLB2 have any games scheduled? I find it interesting they are using the higher range stations for games. Also, if anyone has an extended EPG and is willing to make a list of all upcoming games, that would be MUCH appreciated...

I don't think they were blacked out. I remember watching a couple of Washington games in September with the Washington feed. I think it the channel was called MASN.

On Opening day every game will be televised. The Cubs game is on WGN, the Atlanta game is on Peachtree, and the jays are on RSN. All other games are on MLBEI. So the Orioles and National games are available.

According to the guide at 11:30pm central time there are some spring training games listed for March 24, 25, 26, 27.
March 24
488 - 1:05pm et - ATL vs. CLE
489 - 4:05pm et - COL vs. MIL
492 - 4:05pm et - TEX vs. CHI
March 25
491 - 1:05pm et - NYY vs. CLE
493 - 1:10pm et - ATL vs. NYM
March 26
490 - 1:10pm et - FLA vs. NYM
March 27
495 - 1:15pm et - PIT vs. NYY
496 - 3:05pm et - ARI vs. CWS

Not sure if TSN, Sportsnet or The Score will be picking them up, but I wonder what happens for TBS games (not WPCH games) and if they will be in the MLB EI package or not. Versus games, when not picked up by TSN, are in the hockey package, so that would be a good indicator.

TVME, I was wondering how long it took you to find the games you listed.

With all the crap they put in the MLB Extra Innings channels it can take a significant amount of time to see what is actually going to be on over the next week.

On other channels I am able to do a search with "MLB-" to find what is coming up in MLB but it doesn't work for the Extra Innings channels. I sent an email to Bell request them to change the way the Guide shows the games but I suspect that unless a number of people make the same request, nothing will be done.

I have been searching on Bell's site for a month/seasonal schedule but can't find one.

Has anyone one else been able to find one?

Three hd games are now showing in the epg for Monday Mar. 31st.

KC vs. Det. at 1pm et
NY Mets vs. Fla. at 4pm et
Col. vs. St.Louis at 4pm et

Harryhoo,

That was the reason I just looked into this thread. Was looking for the same thing. Last year they put out a list of what games were going to be on what channel. Would be nice if they could do it again. So far, I havent found anything.

BEV is bad when it comes to posting schedules on-line. Just keep calling and asking for a supervisor. The CSRs don't know whats going on half the time.

It doesn't look like the TBS games (all Sunday afternoons) will be televised on RSN or TSN, except the first game when the Jays/Redsox game will be on RSN. So hopefully the other games will be on MLBEI.

Cable in my area was equally as bad. Games that were shown as scheduled were not broadcast and many times their guide did not show games which were in fact broadcast. Trust me that BEV does not have the market cornered on poor customer service in that area. BEV may drive some folks crazy but my cable was worse...far worse.

I'm ready and looking forward to the baseball season. My half year subscription from last year did not renew (I didn't expect it to), and I had to re order. I could not order the package over ch. 399 as my 6100 receiver went through the process, then failed, then prompted me to call the telephone number. There was no waiting time on the phone, and the baseball channels showed up in the epg within minutes.

I'm only interested in the hd games, and ExpressVu is the only way I can get them. My local cable company offers sd games in the package, but no hd games.

It doesn't appear that my request for the guide changes have been addressed. For some reason, the Extra Innings guide is using MLB: instead of MLB- Since the ":" isn't recognized by the search function you still get all the crap information when doing a search.

Guess I will try doing another request to "[email protected]".

Perhaps if others make the same request, we will get some action.

I wish they would have an interactive screen for this like they do with Center Ice, and Sunday Ticket...
