Mistakes you're ashamed to admit while playing Twilight Princess. Spoilers.

the first puzzle in the forest temple. I didn't bother looking at the floor. I opened the gate with luck after 45 mins of randomly chosing the the right combination of windmills

Also what is up with insane hardness of temples involving water in Zelda games? Both the water temples in OoT and TP sucked major balls. I had fun in all the other temples except the water temple.

in the snow temple, i didnt realize you could put cannons in the switch, so i kept moving the switch and then searching everywhere for any difference it made.

At least you found out how to get out of the god damn lake area! I spent at least 45 minutes running around trying to figure that crap out. I was soo pissed at how long it was taking me to find that crap!

My wife and I spent an hour looking for two of the tears in Karariko village. I realized that they were elevated, but we couldn't figure out how to get to the ledge. Turns out, you have to jump in the house with the window, climb up some boxes, then jump out onto the roof

also the temple of time.

right after i got the staff I just used the occo and thought the statue would be in that area to move in place. i didn't know u could smash open the gate with the statue.

oh and I also totally missed the big key in this temple. looked around forever and finally looked up in the room with the weights and found it.

The silly thing that happened to me was I tried crashing through that window first and it didn't work so I wrote it off as a no-go, which is why I didn't try it until an hour later

i missed the one that was elevated because i didn't see the ramps to get higher. i didn't notice until i had found all of the ones in death mountain

Bobber Fishing kicked my ass. I kept being too gentle with the remote so when I would "jerk" it, it would just lift the pole out of the water.
