mission prodigy (magura brakes) help trial bike?

i got a set of magura brakes a whhile bak on my mission prodigy and the front one does not work i don tknow why and today i was pedaling and caught my foot on the hose and it split and all the fluid went everywhere whats wrong and how much do i need to spend bear in mind im 12
