i am glad he hasn't kept up to this. a complete and sudden withdrawl from iraq would be a shit show. do i want to be there forever? fuck no, but iraq needs to attain a degree of autonomy before we leave, and that is only going to come by giving them a few more years with a reduced presence. does it suck? yes but theres the easy way and the right way to do something
