Missing runaway daughter in Toronto help?

My 14 year old daughter ran away 10 weeks ago to Toronto and Is using shelters and living on streets and was hooked up with crack from new people she has met there.
She has a mental disorder and needs medication. I've been bugging the police and went to a shelter in toronto but no luck. Does anyone know where I should look or a place to go, I am going out of mind. Please anyone help .
My daughter has a loving family and no financial problems. My daughter should be on medication, as there is times when she doesn't remember what she is doing. I need to find her but as I live 3 hours from toronto this makes it really hard. I need to know where to look when I do go down there
 
I would say look at bars or call the police in Toronto and give them a picture and put her picture up all over your town and all over Toronto
 
I think your best bet is to contact addictions centres in the Toronto area and ask them the common places that runaways who are on drugs hang out. Good luck.
 
assuming you've reported her missing with the police etc. Go to where you know she was last, talk to a beat cop..they'll know all the apartments, crack houses etc. Second option is to start hitting up some street kids/dealers with her picture and offering them cash for them to lead u to her.
if you find out where she is, call the police and they can enter without warrant to get her..child in need of protection.
