At the end of december I dropped my Env3 verizon phone on the way to school. Its been missing up to date and we have searched the street multiple times and asked all of our neighbors. Nobody has see it. I don't have a warranty and my local verizon store is no help at all... unless you think telling me to throw down $300s on a new one is helpful. It only has a police gps tracker on it because I wasn't informed that I could change it or that it even had the police tracker on it, there was nothing we could do to find it. (Until after it was too late of course.) And thank god it died. When it got charged and turned back on it had a lock on it. So its not affecting my bill. But I've given up on finding it, so Im looking to get a new one. Is there any way I could get a new one for cheap? And do you think if I called the verizon company they could do anything about it? Please help!
