Missing Baby First tv channels

Im missing channels 562 to 564.
Already did an reset and the tech on the phone requested a receiver synch
so tomorrow it should work.

But how can it miss 3 channels if all the others are there???

My first question will be:Are you suscribing to that channel?

Baby TV is of part of the Digital Standard...

I think you meant to say that Baby First TV is NOT in Digital Standard.
 
If you have the Early Learning Digital Theme pack you can add Baby First TV at a discounted rate, otherwise it is:$5.00 per month.
 
Was fixed... small issue on Bell part... Had to reset my receivers and after 15min was there!
