Misleading Film Titles

The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants.

Not exactly misleading, because it's such a baffling title in the first place, but it sounRAB like it ought to be about some kind of kick-ass superheros with amazing underwear-related powers.

i'll see your nelson and raise you

this is the most blatant case of fraudulent advertising since my suit against the film, "The Never-Ending Story".

I think Sex and the city could be a mis leading title

In the movies, it isn;t so much focussed on Carrie's column and compared to the tv show, there are not so much sex scenes. But of course you can;t change the movie of the SATC franchise but it was just a small point i wanted to make.

I know its not a confusing film title and im gonna sound like a total dumbass but for years, when i was younger, I always thought One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest was a horror film and refused to watch it :o:o I think it was because my uncle had a collection of Jack Nicholson films and because the Shining was scary (umm no it wasnt ) i assumed all his films were that way!!

ps why does almost every "rated 12 horror" film out there have to end with Its Aliens?

I love that film. It's one of my all time favourites. I didn't think the title was misleading, I thought it was funny and serious which worked well, IMO.
