i wanted to know if this is a sign of bad spark plugs or wires, when im driving and i come to a stop at a red light, then start to go when the light turns green, the car misfires, after it gets up in speed around 20 mph everything feels ok, could this also be the coil pack going up?
by the way its a 4 cylinder

yes it could need a tune up change the plugs wires cap rotor and air filter

Most likely NOT ignition related as it goes away at higher speeds. I'd suspect something with the fuel management system, perhaps a leaking injector.

Try some Chevron Techron fuel injector cleaner in the *black* bottle.

i would check the wires make sure they didn't get burnt. (if the wires are then that would cause it to mis.) the wires and plugs shouldn't make it misfire because they are old. i would give it a basic tune up rotor, cap, plugs, and wires.
