Misfire in 2003 Chevy S10 4.3 V6 Is Cylinder 3 a problem?

The number three cylinder IS a problem if you have four-wheel-drive. It's a real pain to get the plug out because the steering shaft runs right next to it. I'm assuming yours is 4x4 and you bought it used. Somebody probably did a 5-cylinder tune up on it, and #3 is all worn out.

My 2003 S-10 quad-cab all of a sudden developed a miss. My code reader says P0303, indicating that it is #3 that is misfiring. As I searched the internet looking for cylinder layout, some were lamenting that Cylinder #3 was a problem. Is this true? Once it cools off and I get into it, I need to get it back running quickly. Am I gonna have a problem here? Or is is gonna be simple to change the plug? Truck only has 25,000 miles on it.
