This 2002 Focus has the following electrical problems:
1. The A/C only works at some fan speeds. The green A/C light only comes on at those speeds.
2. The right rear tail light keeps burning out.
3. The power door locks work sometimes but not other times.
4. The battery light comes on while driving, and mostly stays on, but the battery works fine and charges fine.
Could all four of those problems be caused by the same malfunction? If so, what would the malfunction be, and how much would the part cost to replace?
