Have an '87 Dodge Caravan. The right turn signal works fine inside and out when the headlights are OFF. When I turn the headlights on, the right signal just burns green on the dash and only blinks very slowly IF I am idling. It does NOT blink outside at all at this time. If I am moving, the right signal will not work at all. This is only a problem when my headlights are on.
