One of the best movies that has only got a limited release but is worth checking out on DVD.

Has anyone saw this film or will see it and what do they think of it?

I saw it a while back, while I dont think its as good as Laberynth, I did like it but felt it needed more depth, a little more too it.

Really great animation, really bad acting. Typical plodding UK fantasy movie but still worth a look.
Let's hope Sandman, if it's ever made, gets better treatment.

If you are an art student/pratictioner/tutor interested in illustration, graphics and animation this film is a real must.

It brings to life the work of artist Dave McKean, and is a visual delight. As an art teacher, I have shown the movie to students with 'wow-ed' receptions.

I agree, the acting leaves something to be desired, but I didn't take much notice as I was most interested in the film's art direction.

i just love the movie but i hope more people will see it as its worth renting out or buying on DVD.
In my eyes its one of the best films along with Lost in Translation in recent years.
