i only had 1 beer and blew a .014. be for the cops came i was at a beach cops come to it and just told us to put out are fires and dump out are beers and so we did and we picked up all the beers and took them to a recycling witch was at a school. we talked to a friend and asked if they were trying to hang out and sense i didn't want to waist gas we just waited there for them to call us back and while i was just sitting in my car 2 cop cars come up and then asked us to do a breathalyzer and so we did and from there they searched us for more beer and we didn't have any they told us that we were being the same as arrested and let go sense we are all 18. and now i have a court date for being under the influence and i was wondering is a lawyer really needed.. by the way this is in Wa state
