My friend and I are planning our vacation this year to Canada. We will both be 20. We understandd we are going to be surcharged a lot for being underage, but we were still wondering were we could rent a car at 20. The lowest Ive seen is 21 so I was wondering any more options? We were planning on flying if we could and renting a car up there. Toronto would be great but we are planning on going to Quebec and Montreal anyways so that would be fine too. Any ideas? Any options??
