I just had to share this. The title alone is just telling me "Yes, that is the title, we know what we are, you must watch this show immediately." Something that crazy seems to go past horrible into awesome territory. Could this be the next Captain Tylor/Martian Successor Nadesico we've been waiting for? (Yeah, right)

Satelight's attached to this so there might be some merit in checking out episode 1.
 
Some people say this show is ridiculous.

Well, it should be noted that she was heavily involved with the space-yacht club before becoming captain of the Benten Maru.
Therefore, it is not totally unrealistic that she'd make a good space-pirate.

...,im interested just because it takes place in outer space and seems to involve Space Pirates (always makes for good anime, somehow).

Anyway, i like what i hear (or read, whatever), sounRAB like a fun anime with a good premise, or maybe i just like mini skirts too much, or both.

Though it being based of a novel series bothers me slightly, If its ongoing it could mean a long time before i actually see a real ending (if i like it enough to keep watching anyway). Curse you Tytania and Guin Saga (and to a much leser extent Trinity Blood) for filling me with fear of all ongoing novel based anime!!!
 
If it wasn't for the "Ninja" part you would be describing Sora Kake Girl.

Ah, I remeraber the days before it was Pirate vs. Ninja; it use to be Pirate vs. Clown.

The title notwithstanding it's rather difficult for me to tell what this is, so wake me in 2011 I guess. It could be an actual adventure parody, it could be forgettable and total crap, who knows. Anyhow, that costumed pirate on the cover making the rounRAB is not wearing a mini-skirt, so I guess truth in advertising wasn't too necessary for this? Heh. Not that I expect it to be all that good, mind you. But I'm gonna need more than a title to write it off like a few on the internet are doing.
